Sales Conditions

1. Product Features

The wine products sold on this site, particularly long-aging or collectible wine bottles, may display typical characteristics of the aging process, such as:

  • Natural deposits or sedimentation
  • Alterations to the cork
  • Variations in the wine level or aesthetic changes

These phenomena are normal for vintage wines and do not constitute defects of conformity or product issues.

2. Storage Conditions Before Sale

All our wines are carefully stored in our cellars, under optimal temperature and humidity conditions, until shipment. However, we cannot guarantee that the product will maintain the same integrity after delivery, due to external factors or inadequate storage by the customer.

3. Prices and Validity of Offers

  • The prices of the products for sale on our site are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
  • The valid prices are exclusively those indicated at the time of purchase on our site, regardless of any changes displayed on search engines, advertising campaigns, or third-party sites
  • The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed

4. Shipping and Payment Methods

  • Insurance Coverage: All goods are shipped with insurance coverage, unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer
  • Shipping Times: Goods are shipped immediately after payment is received
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and bank transfer. We do not accept cash on delivery

5. Product Integrity Upon Delivery

Before shipment, each bottle is checked and packed in secure packaging to preserve its integrity. The customer is encouraged to check the package at the time of delivery and report any visible anomalies (e.g., damaged packaging) to the carrier and our customer service within 24 hours.

6. Legal Warranty of Conformity

The legal warranty of conformity only covers defects present at the time of delivery. It does not apply to issues arising afterward, caused by external factors or the natural evolution of the product.

  • Wines over 10 years old or sealed in original packaging are sold “as is.” This means that the seller cannot guarantee the integrity of the contents, as it is the result of a natural aging process
  • For claims, the customer must provide adequate proof (photographs of the product, packaging, etc.) within the legal deadline. Claims regarding aged wines will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

7. Storage and Customer Responsibility

After delivery, the responsibility for proper storage of the product lies entirely with the customer. Alterations due to improper storage conditions, such as:

  • Exposure to high or low temperatures
  • Insufficient humidity
  • Improper vertical positioning of bottles

Cannot be attributed to the seller.

8. Product Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer is encouraged to carefully inspect the condition of the package and product upon delivery. Any visible anomalies must be reported within 2 days of receipt by sending written communication to our customer service.

9. Exclusions of Liability

  • Alterations due to the normal aging of the product
  • Aesthetic defects of the cork or packaging that do not affect the quality of the wine
  • Natural alterations of long-aging or collectible wines
  • Defects resulting from non-compliant storage after delivery
  • Opened or consumed products

10. Collectible Products

Vintage wines are sold as collectibles, and their purchase implies acceptance of possible organoleptic or aesthetic variations due to aging.
